We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Oracle NetSuite Implementor to join our system integration firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Oracle NetSuite solutions, particularly in the finance domain. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be part of our managed services support team, providing ongoing support and optimization for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite solutions for financial management
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite configurations
  • Customize and configure NetSuite modules to meet client-specific needs
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for NetSuite implementation and optimization
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionality and performance
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and enhancements
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization as part of the support team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Oracle NetSuite solutions, with a focus on finance
  • NetSuite certifications, such as Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator, are highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
  • Proven track record of successfully leading NetSuite implementation projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with NetSuite
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as SuiteScript
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
