Position Overview: As a Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of Salesforce FSC solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Salesforce FSC, combined with your deep knowledge of financial services processes, will enable you to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce FSC Implementations: Take ownership of end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce FSC solutions. Design and configure custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet client needs.
• Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create project plans and timelines, allocate resources effectively, and track progress to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and identifying additional opportunities for Salesforce FSC adoption.
• Best Practices and Standards: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce FSC features and industry best practices. Guide the team in implementing scalable and maintainable solutions while adhering to Salesforce and coding standards.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, including conducting workshops, creating user documentation, and resolving functional and technical issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA testers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Salesforce FSC solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies. Share knowledge and insights with the team to enhance overall delivery excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce FSC implementations, including design, configuration, and customization.
• Financial Services Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial services processes, such as wealth management, banking, insurance, or asset management. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security requirements in the financial services industry.
• Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant certifications are highly desired.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce FSC features, including configuration, data modeling, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior consultants.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with the latest Salesforce and industry trends.
