We are looking for a Junior SAP SD Consultant to support daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD module, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
Responsibilities
- Support and train users for OTC processes in SAP (order, delivery, billing)
- Assist with Pricing setup and basic troubleshooting
- Provide user support and handle tickets
- Assist in setting, testing, and launching new SD features / Enhancements
- Support ongoing system maintenance activities
- Work with developers for changes and fixes
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SAP SD configuration (SPRO)
- Understanding of OTC processes and how they are managed in SAP (key user level)
- Familiarity with Customer/Material Master Data and Pricing
- Strong service orientation and communication skills
- Familiar with LSMW, MASS, Layouts management.
- English & Spanish – Read/write/speak very good level.
- Work Monday-Friday
