We are looking for a Junior SAP SD Consultant to support daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD module, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

Responsibilities

• Support OTC processes in SAP (order, delivery, billing)
• Maintain Customer Master Data
• Assist with Pricing setup and basic troubleshooting
• Provide user support and handle tickets
• Support ongoing system maintenance activities

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SAP SD
• Understanding of OTC processes
• Familiarity with Customer Master Data and Pricing
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• English & Spanish – good level
