We are looking for a creative and skilled individual as a Senior Oracle Fusion Revenue Analyst.

Role & Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing revenue processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, compliance with global accounting standards, and high‑quality financial insights that support strategic decision‑making.

  • Serve as the functional expert for Oracle Fusion Revenue Management, including configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Manage end‑to‑end revenue accounting processes in Oracle Fusion, including contract ingestion, performance obligations, revenue allocation, and automated revenue schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and internal revenue policies across global business units.
  • Analyze revenue trends, deferred revenue balances, and key metrics to support forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, FP&A, Legal, and Operations to validate deal structures and ensure accurate revenue treatment in Oracle Fusion.
  • Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
  • Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT) for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades within Oracle Fusion.
  • Identify process gaps, drive automation, and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and deliver knowledge transfer to global finance teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue accounting or revenue operations, including 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Revenue Management.
  • Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 and revenue recognition best practices.
  • Experience working in large, global organizations with multi‑entity and multi‑currency environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as Revenue Management, AR, Contracts, and GL.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contracts and financial data.
  • Proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, and advanced Excel for reporting and data validation.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
