Role & Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing Oracle Fusion Sourcing processes across a global organization, ensuring efficient sourcing operations, strong supplier collaboration, and alignment with enterprise procurement strategies.

  • Serve as the functional expert for Oracle Fusion Sourcing, including configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Lead sourcing events (RFQs, auctions, negotiations) within Oracle Fusion and ensure alignment with global procurement policies.
  • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to define sourcing requirements and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Manage supplier interactions within Oracle Fusion, ensuring accurate data, compliance, and smooth collaboration.
  • Analyze spend, supplier performance, and sourcing outcomes to support decision‑making and cost‑optimization efforts.
  • Support global Oracle Fusion implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
  • Identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency and system adoption.
  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and deliver knowledge transfer to global procurement teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, including 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Sourcing.
  • Proven experience working in large, global organizations with multi‑region sourcing responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Sourcing, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Contracts).
  • Experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract processes within Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend data and supplier performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills across global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus
