We are looking for a BI Analyst to join on a B2B contract for our customer, a company is a leader in the pharmaceutical segment with a head office in Israel.

It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Responsibilities

• Act as a business analyst in the global BI group
• Discuss and collect BI requirements from customers
• Perform all levels of application design: data modelling, ETL, and visualization across global projects
• Provide support, training, and documentation for supported modules
• Work in partnership with the customer’s department and other stakeholders

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in BI modelling and BI design in the following aspects: data modelling, ETL, and visualization
• Experience with development in the BI area
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
• Experience with working with Success Factors – preferred
• Experience with designing BI solutions in the HR domain – preferred
• Experience with development in Oracle, DataStage, and Qlik Sense tools – preferred
