We are looking for a creative and skilled Business Analyst/Support with a B2B contract long-term.

Project Description

The company is a leader in the pharmaceutical segment with head office in Israel.

It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Requirements:

The Business support analyst will interact with stakeholders and be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting business processes, and coming up with innovative solutions to meet and exceed business expectations in the realm of business analytics and reporting.

Also, you will be responsible for providing user support and guidance to resolve any issues that arise.  

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI/Multidimensional modelling and business analysis or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Microsoft SSIS, QlikSense, SAP BI, etc.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with the English language
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects

Responsibilities:

  • Performing requirements analysis
  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Performing user acceptance testing
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Supporting all solutions and responding to user’s on time
