The Enterprise program is a significant transformation initiative for the customer. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across company sites worldwide. This large-scale, global program is being implemented in over 60 countries and 70 plants.

Work as a Copilot Studio Developer and Business Analyst, designing, building, and deploying AI-powered Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions and supporting their successful adoption.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, process designs, and acceptance criteria
- Design and build tailored AI-powered Copilot agents in Copilot Studio that meet business needs and align with organizational standards
- Integrate Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services to enhance solution capability, scalability, and performance
- Configure models, topics, workflows, knowledge sources, APIs, and enterprise-system integrations
- Test solutions, resolve issues, and continuously improve response quality, reliability, and user experience
- Coordinate release activities and ensure smooth production deployment of Copilot agents
- Track adoption and performance, analyze feedback, and identify enhancement opportunities
- Provide user training and ongoing support to help teams gain value from AI tools
- Maintain process, configuration, testing, and best-practice documentation to enable secure, compliant, and scalable delivery
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
- Business analysis experience: gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating needs into functional solution designs
- Practical experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or comparable enterprise AI platforms
- Proficiency in workflow design, APIs, system integrations, and basic coding/scripting (Python or PowerShell).
- Solid understanding of generative AI, machine learning concepts, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven, organized, and able to coordinate cross-functional work and deliver on time
- Creative and analytical approach to problem-solving
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
- Experience working within a global organization, collaborating across functions, cultures, and time zones
