We are seeking a professional Delivery Lead (Scrum Master) with a hands-on Agile delivery lead who runs the team’s day-to-day cadence, removes blockers, and coordinates across Israel, India, and external vendor partners. Shadows the hiring manager on operational delivery and gradually owns the rhythm of the AI COE squad.

Responsibilities

  • Run ceremonies: daily standup, sprint planning, refinement, review, and retrospective
  • Remove blockers for engineers and AI specialists; surface risks early
  • Coordinate cross-team delivery across Israel and India teams plus external vendors and business stakeholders
  • Track delivery against the roadmap; maintain dependency maps and risk logs
  • Status reporting: weekly delivery status, sprint summaries, and leadership-ready updates
  • Continuously improve team practices (definition of ready/done, estimation hygiene, retrospective actions)
  • Partner with the Product Manager on day-to-day delivery operations and capacity planning

Requirements

  • 4+ years running Agile teams; experience leading software/AI product delivery in a multi-site setup

Technical Skills

  • Deep working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, sprint mechanics, and Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time)
  • JIRA — boards, backlogs, dashboards, queries
  • SharePoint for documentation; Microsoft Teams for collaboration
  • Comfortable reading basic technical artifacts (architecture diagrams, API specs, release notes) to facilitate refinement
  • Familiarity with CI/CD release cadence and software development lifecycle

Soft Skills

  • Team Player — facilitator first, leader second; protects the team’s focus
  • Communication — excellent written and verbal English; comfortable presenting status to senior stakeholders
  • Time Management — strong organizational and prioritization skills under shifting priorities
  • Responsibility — owns delivery outcomes end-to-end; trustworthy with sensitive program information

Nice to Have

  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Prior delivery of AI / automation / data products (LLM apps, agents, RPA, ML pipelines)
