Own and evolve Revenue & Gross-to-Net analytics that deliver end-to-end visibility from gross sales to net revenue, enable commercial and finance decision-making, and identify revenue leakage / deduction anomalies through scalable dashboards and data products.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on G2N analytic design & storytelling: build and maintain executive-ready views such as G2N waterfall, gross margin bridge, and deduction drivers across products/customers/channels.
  • Develop scalable Power BI dashboards (semantic models + measures + report UX) with strong adoption patterns and self-service enablement.
  • Perform deep-dive commercial/finance analyses: detect trends, outliers, and performance drivers; translate into actions for pricing, contracting, and commercial strategy.
  • Revenue leakage prevention analytics: build automated checks to compare contractual/program expectations vs. actual deductions/claims, and flag gaps for investigation.
  • Own KPI definitions and governance: standardize metric logic, definitions, hierarchies, and data quality checks so insights are auditable and consistent.
  • Hands-on SQL analytics: extract, join, and validate data across multiple sources; create reusable datasets/views for dashboarding and advanced analysis.
  • Commercial process understanding: apply deep knowledge of pricing, contracting, sell-in/sell-out dynamics, and forecasting alignment (actuals vs plan, FX impact where relevant).
  • Tooling collaboration: interpret and leverage outputs from revenue management platforms (e.g., Model N / Vistex) to connect operational execution to analytics and controls — Great Benefit.
  • Drive continuous improvement: identify automation opportunities (less manual Excel), reduce cycle time, improve data transparency, and raise dashboard adoption/utility.
