It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) worldwide. This large-scale, global program will be implemented in the coming years in over 60 countries and 70 plants!

Who are we looking for

A Corporate Experienced Business Analyst expert in Pharma/Life Science Industry, Regulatory Systems, Process Management, Service Delivery Management, Drug Submission for Veeva Vault RIM Migration project.

 Responsibilities

• Collect and monitor requirements from Business, 
• Analyze and support IT to design the requirements and the needed Configuration in RIM
• Support Business team to enrich and fix data  
• Run Veeva Loader
• Monitor development delivery 
• Monitor tests and defects

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• BA Experience –  4+ years
• Migration project – 4+ years in large-scale projects
• Technical skills: Oracle, PL/SQL, Veeva Vault
• Veeva Vault RIM domain expertise from the Business perspective and SQL database knowledge are mandatory
• Experience in RIM objects, business-facing role with active involvement in IT team
• Experience using Veeva Loader
• English level – Upper -Intermediate
• Analytical mindset, Attention to detail, precision, thoroughness, and ability to identify and solve issues
• Proactive & self-driven
