We are looking for a highly skilled Implementation & Support Engineer to deliver professional services and ongoing technical support for identity, access, and network authentication solutions sold through Unicloud.

This role is hands-on and customer-facing, covering solution deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and enablement. The engineer will work directly with customer IT and security teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term value.

The position is open globally and does not require the candidate to be based in Israel.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Integration:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of identity, authentication, and access control solutions in customer environments.
  • Design and configure secure authentication flows, certificate-based access, and device onboarding processes.
  • Integrate solutions with customer infrastructure such as directories, cloud platforms, networks, and endpoint environments.
  • Ensure deployments meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.

Customer Support & Technical Expertise:

  • Provide advanced (L2/L3) technical support to customers using Unicloud-provided solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to authentication, certificates, networking, and access control.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for customer issues and solution optimization.

Professional Services & Delivery:

  • Own implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Produce clear technical documentation, configuration guides, and deployment records.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, account management, and vendor support teams.

Enablement & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Deliver onboarding sessions, technical workshops, and best-practice guidance to customers.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Continuously improve service quality and implementation standards.

Requirements

Technical:

  • Strong experience with identity, access management, authentication, or network security solutions.
  • Solid understanding of PKI, certificates, authentication protocols, and access control concepts.
  • Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., RADIUS, 802.1X, EAP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and SaaS-based security solutions.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-layer technical issues.

Customer & Communication:

  • Experience working directly with enterprise or mid-market customers.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers or projects in parallel.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with SecureW2, Iru, or similar identity, PKI, or access control platforms.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or solutions engineering.
  • Certifications in networking, security, or identity (e.g., CCNA, Security+, vendor certifications).
  • Experience with endpoint management, MDM, or zero-trust architectures.
