We are looking for a highly skilled IAM/MDM and Innovation Engineer to deliver professional services, support presale activities and ongoing technical support for identity, access, and network authentication solutions sold through Unicloud, as well as research new products to resell in Israel/EMEA.

This role is hands-on and customer-facing, covering solution deployment, integration, troubleshooting, and enablement. The engineer will work directly with customer IT and security teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term value. In addition, the role will include continuous research for new technologies and products in these areas for the company to represent in Israel/EMEA territory 

Responsibilities

Implementation & Integration

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of identity, authentication, and access control solutions in customer environments.
  • Design and configure secure authentication flows, certificate-based access, and device onboarding processes.
  • Integrate solutions with customer infrastructure such as directories, cloud platforms, networks, and endpoint environments.
  • Ensure deployments meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
  • Customer Support & Technical Expertise
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for customer issues and solution optimization.

Professional Services & Delivery

  • Manage PS team.
  • Lead innovation in the company and explore more products to represent in Israel.
  • Lead professionally the pre-sale and post-sales activities.
  • Coordinate internally with sales, account management, and vendor support teams.

Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

  • Deliver onboarding sessions, technical workshops, and best-practice guidance to customers and employees.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, implementation playbooks, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Continuously improve service quality and implementation standards .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Iru (formerly Kandji), SecureW2 or similar identity, PKI, or access control platforms.
  • Background in professional services, consulting, or solutions engineering.
  • TL experience is an advantage.
  • Certifications in networking, security, or identity (e.g., CCNA, Security+, vendor certifications).
  • Experience with endpoint management, MDM, or zero-trust architectures
