We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain our Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Apex development, Lightning Components, and integrations.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and other developers to deliver scalable and robust solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato), or native connectors.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments using version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following Salesforce development best practices.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant new features.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Required skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Change Sets).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge/Experience of the Data Cloud and/or Public Sector modules – will be a plus
