We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer/Implementer to join our team and help design, develop, and maintain our Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, Apex development, Lightning Components, and integrations.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and other developers to deliver scalable and robust solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end users to understand requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes).
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs or middleware such as MuleSoft, Workato, or iConduct.
  • Contribute to release management and deployments using version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Participate in solution design sessions and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices in both code and configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and support production issues, ensuring stability and scalability of delivered solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend platform improvements.

Required skills:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Strong functional implementation skills – comfortable using declarative tools like Flows, Validation Rules, Dynamic Forms, and Record Types.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Familiarity with version control and deployment tools (Git, Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Admin or App Builder certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills — able to bridge technical details with business context.
