We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Implementor & Developer with at least 2 years of real production experience, combining strong implementation skills with Salesforce development capabilities.

The ideal candidate has proven hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions in live environments, works directly with business stakeholders, and has practical experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

This role is for someone who has actually built and delivered Salesforce solutions, not someone with theoretical knowledge or a support-only background.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and develop Salesforce solutions end-to-end, from requirements analysis through production deployment.
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, automation, security model).
  • Design, implement, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ), including product modeling, pricing, discounting, approvals, and quote-to-cash flows.
  • Extend Salesforce and Revenue Cloud functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) where required.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into working Salesforce solutions.
  • Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, page layouts, record types, and automation.
  • Participate in integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Participate in testing, deployments, and post-deployment support in production environments.
  • Follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in implementation and development roles.
  • Proven production experience implementing Salesforce solutions, not limited to configuration-only or development-only tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) in live, production environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation.
  • Experience with Flows and declarative automation as part of real implementations.
  • Development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Ability to independently own tasks and deliver working solutions.
  • Salesforce certification – Required (one or more of the following):
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce App Builder
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ certification

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with complex quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Experience working in consulting or delivery companies.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
