We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer with MuleSoft expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain seamless integrations and scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of Salesforce best practices, Apex programming, Lightning Components, and MuleSoft integration frameworks. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver robust solutions that support our strategic goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Develop and maintain custom APIs, workflows, and data flows between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, databases, third-party APIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical integration specifications.
  • Build and maintain reusable MuleSoft assets such as API specifications, connectors, and templates following best practices.
  • Ensure integration flows include robust error handling, logging, and security protocols.
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing MuleSoft integrations to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, integration patterns, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft development and integration.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Solid understanding of API design principles (REST, SOAP), and familiarity with JSON, XML, and RAML.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (Platform Events, Outbound Messaging, External Services, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test automation for integration workflows.
  • Preferred certifications:
    • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1, Platform Architect, or Integration Architect
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architecture Designer

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with DataWeave for data mapping and transformation.
  • Understanding of security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, SAML.
  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for MuleSoft deployments.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.
