We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of Salesforce projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, proven experience overseeing end-to-end Salesforce initiatives, and the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage project timelines, budgets, and scope while maintaining alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage communication between stakeholders, developers, and business teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.
  • Oversee project risk assessment, mitigation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to define requirements and solutions.
  • Monitor budget and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in projects involving company mergers or system integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, PM, or Consultant)
  • Knowledge of change management and data migration processes.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments post-merger.
