We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Implementer / Systems Analyst to join our team. This role combines hands-on Salesforce implementation with solution design and client-facing responsibilities, and offers the opportunity to lead projects end-to-end — from requirements gathering through design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects across multiple clients and industries
  • Conduct requirements-gathering sessions directly with clients and stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Design system architecture and data models, including objects, flows, automations, and integrations
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (flows, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets, security model, etc.)
  • Produce clear technical documentation, solution designs, and functional specifications
  • Present and explain proposed solutions to clients in a clear, professional manner
  • Work independently and take ownership of projects, while also being able to mentor or guide junior team members when needed
  • Identify risks, edge cases, and process gaps, and proactively propose solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants across the full project lifecycle

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Implementer / Consultant / Systems Analyst
  • Proven experience working on large-scale, complex projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and configuration best practices
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and planning skills — able to break down complex requirements into structured, actionable solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting to different project types and team structures
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or similar) — an advantage
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, integrations, or Apex/LWC — an advantage
  • Experience with Agentforce — a strong advantage
