Project Description

Creating innovative digital products for a big global company, starting from the requirements stage, including UX/UI, development cycle, and deployment. All while assuming responsibility for the company’s main website operations, which serve millions of users regularly.

The work is done with a diverse team of professionals from around the world.

Please be ready to share your work examples of UI design (only UX design it is irrelevant).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions.
  • Pitch and execute UX and UI design concepts to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain Design System across products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with other UI and UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure timely and accurate design handoff.
  • Provide assets and detailed guidelines for development teams.
  • Balance work focus at approximately 60% UI and 40% UX to ensure visually appealing and user-centered outcomes.
  • Prepare clickable prototypes to showcase and validate designs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years in UI design and/or product design.
  • Fluency in English is preferred for effective collaboration within an international team.
  • Passion for UI and Visual Design: you should have a strong interest in working on UI/visual design tasks
  • Hands-on attitude is highly desirable
  • Experience working with component-based design systems is highly desirable.
