We are looking for a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Subject Matter Expert who speaks Polish and English in Romania. The employee would be supporting customers and partners of an alimentary supplements brand.

Your Role

• Take inbound calls, emails, tickets, and chats with existing customers and partners to solve their issues within guidelines
• Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high-quality customer experience at every contact
• Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns
• Comply with schedule and policies
• Identifies potential sales leads and transfers to the sales team where applicable

Your Qualifications

• Based in or willingness to move to Romania
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure of time to achieve targets
• Responsible and reliable attitude
• Very good customer service skills with a pleasant, friendly voice
• High motivation and enthusiastic approach
• Planning skills
• Effective decision making
